LME Diversity Strategy

LME is committed to providing our clients with a diverse and skilled workforce. Through utilization of social media, ATS, and employee referrals we receive a multitude of diverse candidates for open positions. LME also utilizes groups such as NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers), AMIE (Advancement of Minorities’ Interest in Engineering), CoNECD (Collaborative Network for Engineering and Computing Diversity), and NAMEPA (National Association of Multicultural Engineering Program Advocates) to source for open positions within our organization. Our goal is to develop an innovative and supportive culture with a diverse group of qualified individuals and we believe that by utilizing the methods above LME will be able to continue achieving that goal.
